Garment Production Process

Our Garment Process

Precision in Every Stitch

At Sangam Weavers, we believe great garments are not just made—they’re crafted through a detailed and disciplined process. From concept to final product, every step is driven by quality, consistency, and innovation to deliver garments that meet the highest standards of excellence.

Fabric Selection & Preparation

It all starts with choosing the right fabric. Whether it’s our in-house developed jacquards, auto stripers, or sublimation-bonded textiles, we ensure the fabric matches the garment’s purpose, performance, and style.

Pattern Development & Sampling

Our expert design team creates precise patterns tailored to the product’s fit and function. Sample garments are developed to test aesthetics, comfort, and construction before mass production begins.

Cutting & Bundling

With computer-aided design (CAD) systems, fabric is cut accurately to minimize waste and ensure consistency. Cut pieces are then bundled and prepared for stitching.

Sewing & Assembly

Every garment undergoes multiple rounds of quality checks—ensuring accurate stitching, perfect sizing, clean finishes, and overall visual appeal. Defective pieces are removed or corrected before packaging.

Finishing & Packaging

Garments are steam-pressed, trimmed, and labeled to meet client specifications. Packaging is done with care to ensure products reach their destination in pristine condition.

From concept to clothing, our process reflects our passion for craftsmanship and our promise of quality. With Sangam Wavers, every garment is a statement of reliability, comfort, and style.
