Circular Kniting
Our company uses circular knitting that works with an innovated mechanism. This would run on high speed to produce the fabrics being supported by this machine. This is an electronic knitting machine which creates seamless tube of fabrics relatively through a defined thickness, texture and colors. The knitting here is performed with sets of double pointed circular needles which is connected by cable in between. This machine is used for designing several hosiery items likely the sports garments, Knited Garments and many others.
Garmenting
For the purpose of garmenting, we use branded and trusted garment manufacturing machines. these are likely that of fine sewing machines, interlock machines, over locks, collar knitting machines, fabric cutting devices, heavy iron presses, computerized embroidery machines, wrinkle free presses, laundry machines, garment packaging tools, labeling machines and many more. These are designed with innovation and would adopt these to make every single garment best in its performance.
Finishing & Checking
Our finishing and checking is not just machinery, but we also take on trained personals to handle the work. This brings on a confirmation to the finishing work of garment technology.
